These Terms & Conditions govern registration for and participation in the Global Nail Masters competition (“the Competition”), organized by Amela Mucic, trading as Global Nail Masters / Studio Amelie, Karlsbader Straße 19, 76532 Baden-Baden, Germany (“the Organizer”).
1) Registration & payment
- By registering, you enter the competition categories you select. Entry fees are shown at checkout and are processed by our payment provider, Stripe.
- The entry fee is tiered according to the number of categories booked. Hands-on and submitted competitions are counted separately; from five categories booked within one type, the applicable maximum fee applies. Prices are subject to change; current prices are shown at checkout.
2) Eligibility
- Participation is subject to the official INJA competition rules published on this website.
3) Refunds
- Competition fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, as set out in the general competition rules, except where required by applicable law (for example, statutory withdrawal rights that cannot be excluded, or cancellation of the Competition by the Organizer — see “Liability & changes”).
4) Conduct
- Competitors must follow the official competition rules and the Organizer’s instructions on-site. The Organizer’s decisions on all competition-related matters, including scoring, disqualification, and eligibility disputes, are final.
5) Liability & changes
- Limitation of liability: The Organizer is liable without limitation for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, and for injury to life, body, or health. For damage caused by ordinary negligence, the Organizer is liable only in the event of a breach of a material contractual obligation (cardinal obligation), and in that case limited to the foreseeable, typically occurring damage.
- Force majeure: The Organizer is not liable for delay, cancellation, or changes to the Competition caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, epidemic or pandemic-related restrictions, government action, or venue unavailability.
- Insurance: The Organizer holds event liability insurance (Veranstalterhaftpflichtversicherung) covering the Competition. Competitors are responsible for their own health, accident, and liability insurance, including for any damage they may cause to third parties or to venue property while competing.
- Changes to dates, venue, or programme: The Organizer reserves the right to change the date, venue, schedule, or programme of the Competition where reasonably necessary, and will inform registered competitors of any material change as soon as reasonably possible.
